Despite any preconceived ideas one may have about plastic surgeons, they are among the world’s most experienced and best-educated healthcare professionals. So it’s important for patients to feel this sense of professionalism and care at every stage of their treatment. In essence, this was the brief for a project that turned out to be a dream assignment for us.
In close collaboration with the founders, we created a brand image that set Akademikliniken apart from the cold hospital universe. The assignment allowed us to apply our convictions about design management in all the touch points of the patient journey. It involved everything from interior design and graphic identity to packaging design. Today, the clinic is one of the most successful in Northern Europe.
