Careers Australia, the country’s largest training organization, had grown exponentially through a range of acquisitions, leading to a fragmented corporate visual identity. Our assignment was to strengthen the brand with a more unified look and feel. It proved to be an extremely interesting project, with members of our design team flying back and forth from Shanghai to Brisbane for a period of time.
As part of the project, we created an entire visual toolbox with guidelines, including the style of photography and image bank. The company is doing well and continues to grow. The symbol captures the essence of what they do in a straightforward yet suggestive way.
